Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Lithera website and the general procedure for software development, website, design and IT support services. Specific work, timelines and prices are fixed in a separate agreement or invoice offer.
1. Provider
Services are provided by sole proprietor Stanislav Valentinovich Shiryaev, registered in the Republic of Armenia (TIN 20428197, state registration number 286.1615566), referred to as the Studio.
2. Website and requests
The website is informational. Sending a request creates no obligation to provide services: the Studio may decline a project without stating reasons.
Using the form for spam, malicious content or unlawful requests is prohibited.
3. How work is done
Scope, stages, timeline, price and acceptance procedure are agreed in writing (agreement, annex or correspondence in the agreed channel). Scope changes are documented separately and may affect timeline and price.
The Client provides materials, access and feedback within a reasonable time. Delays on the Client's side shift the timeline accordingly.
4. Payment
Payment is made against the Studio's invoices in the agreed currency. By default work starts after an advance payment; the final payment is due before the result is handed over unless agreed otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
Exclusive rights to the deliverables pass to the Client after full payment unless the agreement says otherwise. The Studio keeps the right to use general know-how, libraries and tools that contain no Client confidential information, and to mention the project in its portfolio with the Client's consent.
Open-source components are used under their own licenses.
6. Confidentiality
The parties do not disclose information obtained during cooperation to third parties, except where required by law. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The Studio is liable for the quality of work within the agreed scope and up to the amount actually paid for the relevant stage. The Studio is not liable for lost profit, actions of third parties, failures of third-party services, or use of the result in a way not provided for by the agreement.
Defects unrelated to changed requirements are fixed free of charge within 30 days after acceptance unless agreed otherwise.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court at the Studio's registered address.
